These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZatZim apps and website (the "Service"), operated by Forus LLC/Tropicab ("ZatZim", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What ZatZim is

ZatZim is a service marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers and professionals (e.g., cooking, childcare, photography, beauty, repairs, and other services) in Saint Lucia and the Caribbean. ZatZim is a platform and facilitator; the services themselves are provided by independent providers, not by ZatZim.

2. Accounts and roles

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
Customers book services. Providers (solo or company) receive bookings and may assign their own Professionals. A Professional must be connected to a Provider to use the Service.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Bookings

A booking is a request for a service at a chosen time and place. Providers may accept, decline, or complete bookings. ZatZim does not guarantee the availability, quality, timing, or outcome of any service.

4. Payments, commissions and currency

Prices are shown and charged in East Caribbean Dollars (XCD). Card payments are processed by Stripe; cash-on-delivery is also supported.
ZatZim retains a commission on completed bookings; the remainder is earned by the provider and (where applicable) shared with the professional, per the commission settings.
For cash bookings, funds are settled directly between the parties as shown in the app.
Wallet: customers may top up a wallet to pay for bookings. Wallet withdrawals are refunded to the card on file and are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee (you receive 90% of the amount requested).
Provider/professional payouts are recorded in the app and paid out by ZatZim; payout timing may vary.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: providing false information; harassing or harming others; circumventing fees or payments; or using the Service for unlawful purposes. Providers and professionals must hold any licenses required to perform their services.

7. Ratings and content

You are responsible for content you submit (reviews, photos, messages). You grant ZatZim a license to use such content to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZatZim disclaims warranties and is not liable for the acts or omissions of providers, professionals, or customers, or for indirect or consequential damages. ZatZim's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid through the Service in the preceding three months.
